Health through Movement
Horse riding promotes not only circulation, but strengthen the bone and muscle, especially the hip and thigh area. Through the up and down motion in trotting, 30 minutes action is equal to 3 hours fast walk on the treadmill. This is done in open environment and air, not in a closed and muddy aired gym. Moreover, doing this with a horse is a God given privilage!
